The workshop titled "Emotional Intelligence for Leaders

Leaders Are Not Born — They Are Shaped in the Right Environment

9th, 10th, and 11th-grade students from the Georgian-American School recently participated in a two-day workshop titled "Emotional Intelligence for Leaders," held in Telavi.

The workshop was led by experienced trainers Keti Gordeziani and Mark Thompson, who shared practical strategies and modern approaches to emotional management and leadership communication with participants.

The project was organized by teachers Ani Kvernadze, Meri Tsimakuridze, Magda Batiashvili, and Eka Chuchulashvili.

At the Georgian-American School, education extends beyond the classroom walls, transforming into real-world experience that prepares students for tomorrow's challenges.
