Orienteering Competition

The Georgian-American School was once again visited by Mr. Anatoly Korepanov, the founder of the organization "Sport for Development - Georgia." 

He and his team organized a fun Orienteering Competition for students in grades VII-X, using modern technologies  in our school’s gymnasium.

In each age group, three prize winners were selected. The winning students demonstrated the best navigation skills  and completed the tasks the fastest and most accurately. 

The winners are:

🔹 10th Grade - Boys: 🥇 Temo Kikvadze 🥈 Sandro Sukhitashvili 🥉 Irakli Rakhvisshvili

🔹 10th Grade - Girls: 🥇 Lizi Kapanadze 🥈 Nino Gulashvili 🥉 Anisia Grdzelidze

🔹 9th Grade: 🥇 Luka Omiadze 🥈 Alexandre Tavartkiladze 🥉 Giorgi Goguadze

🔹 8th Grade: 🥇 Nikoloz Tskhakaia 🥈 Luka Jorjoliani 🥉 Lazare Ivanidze

🔹 7th Grade: 🥇 Ana Qutateladze 🥈 Kato Ivanidze

All winners were awarded certificates of participation , while the first-place students received symbolic gifts from the company "Perogico" and an invitation to a follow-up competition, organized by the hosts, which will take place on February 16th in the open air at Kikvidze Park. 

The Georgian-American School always promotes an interest in sports and healthy lifestyles among its students, encouraging an active way of life!
