Psychotherapist Nino Kandelaki at GAS

Exciting Meetings at the Georgian-American School

3rd-grade students recently welcomed psychotherapist Nino Kandelaki for a special session focused on the power of storytelling and emotional well-being.

Ms. Kandelaki read a therapeutic story to the children and discussed the importance of therapy in an age-appropriate way. Together, they analyzed the story's themes and messages, creating a thoughtful dialogue about emotions and self-awareness.

Students enthusiastically shared their favorite stories, discussed future career aspirations, and even took on the roles of characters from the story through interactive role-play.

As a special gift, Ms. Kandelaki presented the school with a storybook accompanied by coloring illustrations for students to enjoy.

The meeting was attended by school psychologists and members of the administration.
