At the Georgian-American School, we believe that emotional well-being is just as important as academic success.

This week, our school psychologist Nino Pirtskhalashvili led two powerful workshops designed to help students navigate their inner worlds and relationships.

Our 10th graders explored "My Emotions" — a session focused on recognizing, expressing, and sharing what they're really feeling. It's about building emotional intelligence, one conversation at a time.

Meanwhile, our 6th graders dove into "Strengthening Positive Relationships in a Group," learning how small acts of respect and kindness can transform the way we connect with each other.

Because emotional intelligence isn't just a skill — it's a journey toward deeper self-awareness, healthier relationships, and genuine inner peace.
