New Year Traditions Around the World

The 4th-grade students of the Georgian-American School delivered a remarkable presentation dedicated to New Year traditions across the globe.

Through engaging and informative presentations, the students introduced each other to the unique customs, dishes, symbols, and traditions of different countries.

For example:

  • Japan – The tradition of cleaning the house as a symbol of the New Year.

  • Spain – Eating twelve grapes, symbolizing good luck and happiness.

  • Italy – Throwing out old items to mark a fresh start.

Each presentation stood out for its creativity, enthusiasm, and informational value.
