"My Emotions"- The workshop

At the Georgian-American School, we emphasize the importance of parental engagement. To strengthen this bond, 11th-grade supervisor Ana Zurashvili and school psychologist Nino Pirtskhalashvili hosted a “My Emotions” workshop for students and their parents.

The goal was to help participants recognize, name, and share their emotions using metaphorical associative cards while also enhancing their emotional intelligence.

During the session, they explored the role of emotions and the importance of emotional intelligence .

With both students and parents actively engaged, the workshop turned into a meaningful and insightful experience!
