 Mental Health Awareness Session

At the Georgian-American School, students had the opportunity to take part in an engaging and insightful session led by organizational psychology trainer Beka Beridze. The discussion focused on important mental health topics, including:

  • Stress and its effects on mental well-being

  •  Addictive behaviors

  •  eating disorder

  •  Sleep disturbances

The session was highly interactive, with students asking questions about issues that matter to them and receiving thoughtful, detailed answers from the speaker.

To wrap up, students took part in a group activity centered on the importance of social support, fostering deeper understanding and active participation.

The session was organized by English teacher Diana Gabisonia, who also encouraged students to prepare and present projects on addiction-related topics
