As part of the Georgian-American School Citizenship Project, Grade 10/2 students, in collaboration with the Student Council, organized an informative and engaging meeting with psychotherapist Beso Chighvaria.
The session focused on mental health - its importance, effective strategies for managing emotions, and practical recommendations for coping with stress and anxiety.
Students from Grades 7 through 10 attended the meeting, gaining valuable insights into maintaining emotional well-being.
Caring for mental health is the foundation of a strong and healthy society.
