Leadership in Action: Conflict Management Workshop

Our 6th–8th graders recently completed an amazing leadership project on Conflict Management, led by teacher Diana Gabisonia in partnership with Key Consulting Leadership.

What students learned:

• Finding the root causes of conflict

• Managing emotions under pressure

• Communicating effectively through active listening

• Working together to find win-win solutions

• Building respect and tolerance, even during disagreements

This hands-on experience strengthened their teamwork, creativity, and communication skills—tools they'll use both in and out of the classroom.
