Students from the Georgian-American School (GAS) and the Georgian-American High School (GAHS) proudly participate in the Model United Nations (MUN) international conference each year, demonstrating their leadership and diplomatic skills on the global stage. 

In 2025, GAS and GAHS were represented by a distinguished 38-member delegation. 

MUN is one of our school’s most prestigious traditions, offering students a unique opportunity to:

 ✅ Showcase their public speaking and negotiation skills;

 ✅ Gain experience in diplomacy, resolution drafting, and international collaboration.

 ✅ Engage with peers from around the world and foster meaningful connections. Alongside the UN Model event, exciting tours were organized for students from the Georgian-American and Georgian-American High Schools.

🔹 In Washington, D.C., they visited: ✅ The Capitol and the White House – the political center of the U.S. ✅ Jefferson and Lincoln Memorials – symbols of freedom and democracy. ✅ Washington Monument and Veterans Memorials. ✅ Arlington National Cemetery.

🔹 In New York City, students explored: ✅ The United Nations Headquarters – the center of international diplomacy. ✅ Statue of Liberty, Times Square, and Central Park. ✅ Broadway, and Chinatown. ✅ SUMMIT One Vanderbilt – panoramic city views and unique interactive spaces. ✅ The Metropolitan Museum of Art (The Met) – a global treasure of art and culture.
